comment: I just wanted to take the time to thank you, Bonnie, for all the help you have given this past year. As you
may recall, I was given an embroidery machine for my birthday in February, and knew absolutely nothing about embroidering.
I just thought you put the design in the machine and let it do the work. I ruined many a sweatshirt. One day, I was in JoAnn's
fabrics expressing my frustration, and they handed me your card (you were still located there at that time). I called you,
and even though you had a class going on and was going to be leaving to a seminar, you took the time to tell me to come on
in. You explained the use of stabilizers, which I was completely at a loss with, and I ended up joining your embroidery club
(which is so much fun). The machine that was a gift to me ended up being a real piece of junk, so I returned it. This was
all within 30 days. My husband and I ended up buying another machine at a well known store. I continued in your embroid! ery
club and you never made me feel like I didn't belong because I didn't have a Viking. When I wanted to do a special Quilt project
for my nephew who was retiring from the Marines after 22 years, and discovered that my 4" hoop was not going to do the job,
you offered me the use of one of yours. You even took the time to help me set it up what I wanted on the quilt and showed
me different ways to make it look better. Even after all this, you have never pressured me into buying one of your machines.
It was finally my frustration with working on this machine with a 4" hoop, that inspired me to purchase your new Husqvarna.
Although it has not arrived yet, you let me use yours in the class. I am really looking forward to getting my new machine.
And again, I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done for me, and for making me feel so welcome in your class, even
though I did not have one of your machines. You are a very special, giving person and I look forward to! being a member
of your classes for a long time to come.

"This letter is to let you know what gem you have in Bonnie Harrison. I have wanted an embroidery machine for
a very long time, but was afraid that I would never be able to know how to use on properly. That is until I approached
Bonnie at JoAnn's in Hooksett NH. She assured me that she would help me with instruction and classes.
She has done that and more!! I have bought other sewing machines in the past but never got the help she has shown me.
I have learned so much in just the 2 months that I have had my machine. I know when the time comes to upgrade my machine I
will be going back to see Bonnie. I trust her knowledge and experience with all Viking Machines." Beatrice D., Auburn NH
"Thank you and your business
very much for your recent donations of sewing machines to the New Hampshire Department of Corrections-Shea Farm House. We
greatly appreciate donations as resources that might not otherwise be available to us. The sewing machines
will be very useful as part of the recreation programs at the facility." Bob M.,
State of New Hampshire, Department of Corrections.
"I want to thank you for all
the hands-on instruction and support you have provided to me since I purchased my 950E Husqvarna/Viking embroidery/sewing
machine from you. I did a good deal of reasearch before actually making my purchase, and I
felt that your knowledge of your products and the fact that you would stand behind the sale with training made my decision
to make this investment very comfortable. It is not an inexpensive venture, but when done with the confidence you've
provided to me, it has been exciting and whorthwile. I've sewn for over 40 years. My 950E is my
third sewing machine in that period of time and I feel, through your assistance, I'm entering a new level of machine stitchery. Polly G, Lancaster MA
On behalf of the Women's Health
Advisory Committee, I want to express my deep appreciation for the beautiful embroidery work you have
contributed to our quilting project. Faye S., Department of Veterans Affairs, Manchester,
